Lessonkit is a web site that helps teachers create, organize, and revise their lesson plans. It's also brand new. So we're still tweaking. If you have any requests or suggestions, contact us.
You can sign up, start using the service, and create up to fifty lessons with a free account. Creating more lesson plans requires upgrading to a paid account. A paying account costs $20 for one year.
Course sharing. You will be able to collaborate on courses with other teachers. Share what you're doing in your courses. Develop curriculum together.
All of your data is backed up daily. In addition, Lessonkit is hosted in a secure, redundantly powered data center.
Yes. Lessonkit was designed to work with all major web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
There are no limits for paid accounts. Create as many as you need for as long as you're a member. With free accounts, you can create as many courses as you want, but you're limited to fifty lessons.
Just choose upgrade from the account menu.
There's an option in the accounts section to close your account. Just enter your password. Note that you will not be able to undo this action.
Yes! At the end of the semester or school year, you simply copy your courses. All of your units and lesson plans are intact and ready to be revised and rescheduled. Choose make a copy from the course page.
Choose settings in the upper-right corner of the screen. There, you can enter any default you'd like you new lessons to contain.
From the course or unit page, choose edit. Then click show/hide description. You may now add a description, which will appear in your course outline.
Certainly. Go to your course page, and choose course outline. A pdf containing your course outline will be downloaded to your computer.
Each course, unit, and lesson has an edit option. Choose edit, and on the next page, choose remove.
Simply highlight the section title, choose format, and then select heading.
